Welcome to Pomodoro Timer! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our iOS application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pomodoro Timer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Pomodoro Timer is a productivity application that helps users implement the Pomodoro Technique for time management. The App provides:

• Pomodoro timer functionality with customizable work and break periods
• Task and goal management features
• Session tracking and progress reporting
• Calendar integration for productivity visualization
• Premium features available through in-app purchases

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App and make any purchases.

3.2 Account Responsibility

While our App does not require user accounts, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activities that occur on your device using our App
• Managing your subscription through your Apple ID account

4. Premium Subscription Services

4.2 Premium Features

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium subscriptions. You will not be charged during the trial period, but charges will begin automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel.

4.4 Billing and Payment

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

4.5 Refunds

All purchases are final and processed through Apple's App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly as we cannot process refunds. Refund policies are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our App for personal productivity and time management purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

The App and all of its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

• Most data is stored locally on your device

• Subscription data is processed by RevenueCat and Apple
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising

8. App Updates and Changes

We may release updates to improve the App's functionality, security, or performance. While updates are generally optional, some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time with reasonable notice to users.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pomodoro Timer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Active subscriptions will continue until cancelled through your Apple ID account.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
